Neighbors sharing a church supper

Tamsworth Union Church

Suppers & food closet

Good food and practical help, for the whole town. No membership, proof of income, or address required.

Third Saturday Supper

Pull up a chair.

On the third Saturday of each month, supper is served from 5:00–6:30pm in the fellowship hall. It is free, there is no sign-up, and about 120 neighbors join us most months.

Expect baked beans, ham, brown bread, and a vegetarian pot. Takeout plates are available at the side door.

Food Closet

Take what helps.

The food closet is open Tuesdays, 3:00–6:00pm, and Saturdays, 9:00–11:00am. Use the Prospect Hill side door to the basement. The ramp is accessible.

We offer canned goods, bread, eggs from local farms when we have them, diapers, soap, and toothpaste. Donations are welcome at the same times. We do not ask for proof of income or where you live.

If you cannot get here, call and a volunteer can drop off a box in St. Johnsbury, Danville, or Peacham.
